  2. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Horizons Conference maintains a strict no cancellation or refund policy under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, visa issues, or personal emergencies. It is possible to transfer your registration to another participant; such requests are to be made through email to the official conference email: [email protected].
