The main conference takes place from 25-27 August 2025 at VinUniversity, Vinhomes Ocean Park, Da Ton commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Additionally, conference guests can partake in an optional excursion in Ha Long bay on 28-29 August 2025 (Additional fee applied). Transportation will be arranged to Ha Long on 28 August and go back to Hanoi on 29 August morning. Interested guests may apply in our registration form below with the ‘Ha Long Bay excursion’ option.

Note: As the 2-day-1-night excursion takes place out of Hanoi, we advise that you do not reserve your Hanoi accommodation for August 28.
